Bresaola Rolls

Bresaola Rocket And Ricotta Rolls Appetizers

Bresaola with rocket and ricotta is the perfect finger food. When you serve them be quick if you want some yourself as they will be in high demand. Finger food has to be quick and easy to make and can be made ahead of the arrival of your guests. You could replace the ricotta with mascarpone, but I personally prefer ricotta. The rolls are delicious and light finger food.

Use bresaola rolls as part of a menu or in a buffet. If you having friends over for a zip of wine bresaola is ideal as a snack as well.

We also have another recipe where you simply cut the bresaola rolls in half and mount them on a crostini.

So what wine would you pair with bresaola rolls? Below I made some suggestions of wines you want to pair with bresaola rolls.
