So the classic Salade Chevre Chaud is a little different than the recipe I am going to share with you today. I made it an appetizer. I am not going to cover the classic Salade Chevre Chaud recipe but I am going to give you the appetizer version of Chevre Chaud.
First of Chevre is goat cheese and mixed with acacia honey and sprinkled with walnut is delicious. Enough talk let’s make this Chevre Chaud an appetizer.

6 Slices of ciabatta bread
6 slices of Chevre
Acacia honey
Fresh thyme
Chopped walnut
Let’s Finger Food it
Preheat the oven to 160℃ or 320℉
Grill the ciabatta bread (make burn marks)
Place a slice Chevre on each slice of bread
Sprinkle it acacia honey, walnut and fresh thyme
Grill in oven approximately 5 minutes
Cool down for a couple of minutes and then EAT
