1 demi-baguette, cut into 1/4-in. slices, about 24
2 cups halved walnuts
125 g gorgonzola
PREHEAT oven to 400F. Arrange baguette slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Toast in center of oven until golden, about 8 min.
ARRANGE walnut halves on a baking sheet. Bake at 400F until golden, 3 to 5 min. Spread Gorgonzola on crostini toasts. Top with walnuts. Drizzle with honey.
