Crostini With Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto and Parmesan Finger Foody’s

Appetizer, bites, hors d’oeuvres, amuse bush, in other words, finger food comes in many shapes and forms. This appetizer has 3 ingredients and is easily assembled.

I just love crostinis and I guess you know that by now if you been going through fingerfoody. Crostini can be made assembled or as a “DIY”.

If served immediately you should serve the appetizer assembled. If you serve the appetizer in a buffet it should be as a “DIY” crostini. Why? Because of the crostini it selves, as in the bread. If you serve a crostini assembled the bread will get moist fast so keep that in mind.

Crostini with sun-dried tomato pesto and parmesan (don´t forget pebber) is a quick and easy starter. Use it in a buffet, as a starter, in a ball game, you can use it in any way you see fit.

Here on we have a crostini trio version and could be a part of the starter as well. It’s all up to you and the guests you are having.
